PRODUCTION INTRODUCTION:
CHEMICAL NATURE: |
Aqueous polymer solution of epichlorohydrin amine condensates Poly(Dimethylamine-Co-Epichlorohydrin-Co-Ethylenediamine) |
DESCRIPTION: |
BLU AM SERIES is the polyamine of 30-50% solid content. It is a liquid cationic polymer of different viscosity, which works effectively as primary coagulants and charge neutralization agents in liquid-solid separation processes in a wide variety of industries. The chemistry range available ensures there is a product suitable for each individual application. |
ADVANTAGES: |
1. Liquid form makes it is ease to use. 2. It can be used alone or in combination with inorganic coagulants, such as Poly Aluminum Chloride 3. Non corrosive of suggested dosage, economical and effective at low levels. 4. Can eliminate the use of alum & further ferric salts when used as primary coagulants. 5. Reduction in sludge of dewatering process system |
APPLICATION FIELDS: |
1. Drinking water treatment and wastewater treatment 2. Textiles effluent color removal 3. Mining (coal, gold, diamonds etc.) 4. Paper-making 5. Oil industry 6. Latex coagulation in rubber plants 7. Paint coating 8. Meat process waste treatment 9. Sludge dewatering 10. Drilling |
APPLICATION ADVICE:
APPLICATION: |
1. Suggested to use it mixed compatible with Poly Aluminium Chloride for water treatment of turbid river and tap water etc. 2. When used alone, it should be diluted to the concentration of 0.5%-0.05%( based on solid content). 3. The dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the different source water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs can not be broken. |
PACKAGE: |
25L, 200L plastic drum or 1000L IBC drum. |
STORAGE: |
Should be stored in original containers in cool and dry place, away from sources of heat, flame and direct sunlight. |
